According to rating data of InfoLine Developer Russia Top-100 published by Commersant news-paper, IKEA (2,112 mln. sq.m of retail property), Tashir Group (1,19 mln. sq.m of retail property) and Holding Adamant (799.8 thousand sq.m of retail property) became the major owners of retail real estate in Russia 2011. Meantime as before the Holding Adamant remains a leader of the retail real estate market in St.Petersburg, covering 20.8% of the market (by estimate of Knight Frank St.Petersburg).
It is worthwhile noting that in the next 2-3 years the Holding Adamant is going to put into operation a few projects more oriented to shopping and entertainment with total area about 460,000 sq.m.

From 12 to 14 February MC Adamant and charitable foundation AdVita carry out a charitable auction Helping is Easy in support of children with oncologic diseases. 11.02.2011
Informational leaflets with a list of necessary goods which could help children in need thereof will be handed over to the visitors of the shopping/entertainment centres. Each wisher may purchase these goods in the stores of the centre and give them to the volunteers. Also one may leave a benefaction in a cash-box and write a letter of support to the children undergoing medical treatment in the hospitals of the city.
Raised money and gifts will be spent on the children undergoing medical treatment in the children’s oncologic services of the hospitals.

January 31, 2011 on the territory of the ice entertainment centre IcePark (SEC Mercury) a meeting of curling teams Adamant with shareholders of the Holding was held. 03.02.2011
Within the framework of this meeting the contracts between sportsmen and trainers have been signed and a training course of sportsmen for championship of Russia starting in February was discussed as well. In short-range plans of the team there is a participation in the training camps in Finland. The president HC Adamant, Mr. I.M.Leytis, vice-presidents of HC Adamant, Mr. M.V. Bajenov, Mr. E.M. Gurevich, Mr. B.I. Berson, A.Y. Gnesin as well as vice-president of the Curling Federation of Russia, Mr. K.Y. Zadvornov have taken part in this meeting.

A new mini-combine for ice pretreatment for curling, Ice King, has been delivered to the ice centre ICE PARK (SEC Mercury). Holding of workshop with the participation of ice-maker from Finland is projected at the end of January.
