2 December 2011 in the framework of Retailer Congress 2011. Retail Real Estate publishing house Retailer presented rating the TOP 50 Largest Owners of Retail Real Estate. For the first time rating was scheduled on the grounds of retail real estate square meters owned by one or another company.
Holding Company Adamant, ranked 4-th position in the rating, has become a leader in an absolute value of retail real estate square meters owned by one company within one region and, consequently, became a winner in nomination «Strong Regional»
