In December 2011 a new shopping gallery adjoined to the building of the centre from the side of metro station Ladozhskaya. In the gallery of 4800 sq.m there are placed clothing, footwear, accessories stores, public service establishment. After new gallery opening the total area of SEC Zanevskiy-Kaskad-1 is 39’800 sq.m.
