This Fall SEC Balkanskiy invites all-comers to become viewers of the unique creative contest the Balkanskaya Star!
Saturdays starting from 10 September the most able, pictorial and interesting creative teams of St. Petersburg appear before the footlights for the visitors of the centre. And for viewers there are contests and prizes.
We look forward to seeing you each Saturday at 2:00 p.m.
