Upgrade project of multi-purpose complex “Moskva” situated in the central part of St. Petersburg is unique one. For the first time in the city there is realized a commercial construction project that comprises a vast trade area, modern office premises, the European level-hotel complex, sports club with swimming pool and multiplex cinema.
Trade area of 9’000 sq m was open in May 2008. On the underground floor the first Finnish product supermarket “Prisma” was disposed. Also for the buyers the cinema “Karo Film”, restaurant “Pizza Bazilik”, perfume salon “RiveGauche”, restaurant “MacDonalds”, computer supermarket “Tzifry”, shops of clothes, cosmetics and many other are in operation.

In the second and third phases of the complex there are business-center “Moskva”, a new B+ class office center with well-developed interior and exterior infrastructure. The placement in the very center of St. Petersburg, at Alexander Nevskiy square, near Nevsky prospect does it the utmost attractive for the lessees.
The hotel “Moskva” for 825 rooms is one of the major hotels of St.Petersburg. Convenient transport communications allow guests to reach the main historical sights of St.Petersburg, such as Palace Embankment, the Hermitage, the Admiralty, the Kazan Cathedral and Russian Museum for a few minutes. In February 2008 it was issued the Certificate of Conformity for 4-star hotel.
