On September 3, a gastronomic space uniting 25 restaurant concepts under one roof opened in the Mercury Shopping Mall.
Food Park Mercury is a project of Adamant Management Company and Ginza Project, located in the Mercury Shopping Mall. The food park occupies 3,000 square meters and includes over 25 restaurant concepts, several lounge areas, and a grocery market featuring fresh farm produce, vegetables, and fruits.
The participating restaurants include both familiar concepts and completely new ones!
Koreana Light, Ginzasmall, Crispy Duck, Tuk-tuk, Chang, Bổ, Bao Mochi, and Bali Yummy offer beloved Asian cuisine.
Fans of Israeli fast food can enjoy Easy Hummus, while those who prefer Caucasian specialties can enjoy Kharcho i Khachapuri.
European cuisine is represented by the exquisite Italian restaurant La Biga pizza & pasta, the unexpected project focusing on French baked potatoes – Potato Papa, the coffee shop Papa Power, and the bakery British Bakeries. And childhood favorites, Russian dishes, are served at Blin da Varenyk.
In addition to national cuisine, guests will find high-quality and affordable seafood from The Catch, legendary burgers from Buro, hot dogs made with Mikhail Shevyakov's recipes from OH, MY DOG!, desserts from Waffle Yogurt, donuts from FAN OF DONUTS, ice cream from My Gelato, smoothies from Simple Blend, bowls with local produce from Salad Bar, and even a French grill from Lisa Prishla.
The venue's bar scene includes the craft beer bar and cidery Ontap and the cocktail bar JIGGER.
The food hall's professional stage will host performances and concerts. Guests will also have free access to the Khlop Top children's active recreation park.
The food hall's eco-friendly design, using natural materials and live plants, encourages relaxation and creates a uniquely positive atmosphere.
We invite everyone to join us on an exciting culinary journey at Food Park Mercury!
