Holding Company Adamant took the 4 place in the rating “The TOP-50 Retail Real Estate Owners”, made up by Publishing House Retailer basing on the results of 2012 06.12.2012
On December 5, 2012 the rating “The TOP-50 Retail Real Estate Owners 2012” was presented as a part of “Retailer Congress 2012. Retail Real Estate” according to Publishing House Retailer’s version. Holding Company Adamant took the 4 place in the rating, preserving the leading positions in its region. According to Knight Frank, Adamant has about one fourth of all retail real estate of St. Petersburg at its disposal at present.
